How to use it:
1. Make sure both your hands and breast are clean.
2. Press the breast pump against your breast. Center the breast shield over your nipple so that the silicone massage cushion forms a tight seal.
3. Press down the maintain gently until you feel the suction on your breast and then release the maintain, so it returns to its resting position.
4. Repeat step 3 all of a sudden for 5 or 6 times to stimulate the milk float.
5. Once your milk starts flowing, adopt a slower rhythm by pressing down the maintain for up to 3 seconds before letting it return to its resting position.
6. After you finished expressing, carefully remove the breast pump from your breast. Please unscrew the breast pump body from the milk bottle. Place the milk bottle cap for feeding or storage.
Cleaning instructions:
1. Clean the entire parts of breast pump immediately after use to prevent dry up of breast milk residues and growth of bacteria.
2. Disassemble the breast pump completely into individual parts.
3. Clean the entire parts thoroughly with warm water. Rub gently between your fingers when cleaning the one-way valve.
4. Dry the parts with a clean cloth or leave them to dry completely after cleaning.
*Highly recommended: Put the entire pieces in boiling water and stir them for 5 minutes ONCE a day. DO NOT leave the parts in the boiling water for too long. DO NOT leave the pot unattended all over boiling.
